The windmill

A windmill half the height of that which we see today was built in the 18th century. From the outside, a difference in the types of stone can be observed ; inside the windmill, the original slate stair case, the wooden stair case upstairs, and the varyings thicknesses of the walls are all evidence of the windmill's history where our heirs use to grind the famous buckwheat for the Galettes !
